Seated meditation, alternate nostril breathing and intention setting start you off in this Zen practice. A great sequence for ankle, shoulder and spinal mobility. Catherine guides you through box breathing at the end followed by a few brief moments of silence.
I came to this lesson purely out of curiosity and found this both absolutely exciting and very calming and mindful at the same time. Will’s explanations are outstanding. This is not the usual Yoga lesson but feels like a deep and mindful dance lesson. A great, new way of body-mind-integration to check out – as for me, it instantly made me want to learn more about Tai Chi.
